Salam 1Malaysia..

Bertemu kita lagi dalam segment Jom Makan. Perghh. Dh mcm dialog rancangan kt TV plak. Oleh kerana kwsn perumahan tempat tinggal aku ingin di"fogging", aku membawa lari my wife, & my PIL ke kwsn yg lebih selamat. Memandangkan kejadian ini berlaku dlm waktu aku selalunya mengisi perut, maka dgn itu secara otomatiknya porut kesayanganku ini telah secara spontan menghantar signal ke otak & mengatakan yg aku memerlukan makanan. Kiranya aku lapar laa nih. Maka utk tidak mengecewakan sang porut itu, aku terus memilih tempat makan yg dirasakan sesuai & menepati citarasa semua org yg berada di dalam kereta mewah aku ini. Aku terus menuju ke area elit Nong Chik & terjumpa dgn restoren ini yg kelihatan agak mewah decorationnye dr luar iaitu...

Jom Makan - Restoran Abah Beriani House

Salam 1Malaysia..

Semalam kan cuti umum bersempena Hari Kemerdekaan. So, aku x terlepas dari berjalan2 menemani my wife & parentnya pergi ber'suping'. So utk mengelak dr terperangkap dlm kesesakan ribuan manusia, aku memilih utk membawa mereka ber'suping' di Danga City Mall (ex-Bestworld). Keluar dari rumah pon dh dekat pukul 3 petang & seharusnya terpaksalah kena berbuka di luar rumah.

Selepas ber'suping' sakan, dlm pukul 6 petang baru sibuk2 nk cari tempat berbuka. Aku x kesah sbb aku just driver jek. Kiranya, ikut jelah mana dorang nk pergi. Aku agak terperanjat sbb setahu aku mmg agak susah nk cari tempat berbuka time2 begitu ditambah lagi dgn cuti umum. Mmg rasenya kedai dh penuh di'book' oleh org ramai.

Rasenye byk juga pilihan kedai & restoran yg my wife cakap. Pergi sana penuh, pergi sini penuh, pergi situ penuh. Last2 Mak mantohak teringat ttg Restoran Abah Beriani House nih. Aku pon just bw jek menuju ke restoran berkenaan. Bila sampai jek, my wife & adiknya pergi ke kaunter utk pastikan tempat kosong. Owh nasib mmg menyebelahi kami. Still ada tempat kosong. Kami tempah 10 tempat duduk.

Owh..Restoran ini menyediakan buffet ramadhan. Satu kepala dewasa dikenakan RM17.00. Kiranya, tempat duduk kami diletakkan di bahagian luar kedai. Nasib baik cuaca elok. Menu makanannya semestinya Nasi Beryani. Lauk utama mmg byk pilihan. Daging lembu, ayam masak merah, & yg spesel (sbb nih yg plg aku suka) ada kambing. Kuih-muih manis pon disediakan. Air pon ada 4 pilihan.

Org jgn ler ckp. Mmg ramai & penuh semua meja. Berebut2 ambil makanan. Udah dinamakan buffet, semestilah kene amek bbyk. Kan udah dibayar. Rugi kalo mkn sket2. Hilang kejap prinsip diet. hehehehe. Secara overall, makanan kt sini ok cuma mmg ade nasi baryani saje. Servis pon ok.

Jom Makan - Durian kampung

Salam 1Malaysia. Just nk share cerita yg kami buat weekend. Actually weekend kami buat masa ini amat sibuk. Maklum shjlah. berkhidmat atas urusan negara. Jdnya sehingga akhir ogos nnti, weekend kami akan dipenuhi dgn aktiviti bancian dari rumah ke rumah.

Terlebih sudah. Kwsn bancian yg dilakukan oleh my wife terletak di perkampungan sekitar kaki gunung Pulai. Kwsn itu juga amat terkenal oleh org temapatan dgn longgokan durian kampung yg original & harga yg murah. Jd, kami tidak ketinggalan utk menikmati durian kampung yg dibeli di kwsn Kg Melayu Raya. X lupa juga kami sempat membeli bebrapa kilogram buah manggis yg kelihatan segar (my wife yg terigin sgt nk mkn manggis segar. Kenapa ye? Ade berita gumbira ke?). Kemudian terjumpa plak petai yg mmg nmpk fresh. Pehh. X blh tahan. Kene beli petai tuh. Hanya RM5.00 utk 12 papan petai. Mmg murah utk petai fresh.

Jom Makan - AK Noodles, Teluk Danga

Salam 1Malaysia. Entry kali nih nk kongsi psl makan2 session di AK Noodles House yg terletak di bangunan Festive Streetmall, Teluk Danga. Restaurant nih terletak di bhgn luar & di sebalah penjuru bangunan Festive Streetmall nih. dari tepi jalan utama pasti restaurant ini jelas kelihatan.

Maaf. Entry ini tidak diselitakan dgn gambar makanan yg kami order. X terigt utk take photo.

 Sebenarnya tujuan utama dtg ke sini adalah utk memenuhi permintaan Abah yg mengidam minum Jus Apple di sini. Peh. Kalo nk tau, Jus Apple di sini cukup pekat & pure. Kami pun apalagi tumpang sekaki la. Abah order Kuey Teau Curry. Mak oder Mee suop & kami just order Dry mee Soup. Utk budak kembar lak just kasi sumbat Mee Soup je laa. Tidak dilupa, Mak telah meng"order" single Yong Tofu yg agak ringkas. Rase makanan kt sini blh tahan. Bab harganya pula pun blh tahan gak.

Kalo nk mkn kt restaurant nih, jgn risau ttg status halalnya sbb kami mmg kenal dgn owner restaurant nih. Owner restaurant nih mmg Melayu & muslim. Die adalah kenalan lama Mak. So, kami mmg yakin la bab halal makanan di sini w/pon ade tanda halal.

Finally, I got this handmade "kuih"

Salam 1Malaysia. Alhamdulillah. Finally I got this handmade traditional "kuih". This kuih are made by my luvly wife. Owh actually I have made a wish to my wife to have this Kuih before. So, I challange her to make this kuih by herself. She have the effort to try to make this kuih and finally, she done by herself. What Kuih actually??..Ok wait arr..

Jom Makan - Nasi Lemak Kentot..tot..tot..tot

Salam 1Malaysia. Yesterday OTW back to home from workplace, I have pickup my brothers at RnR Skudai (The last PLUS toll plaza in south). So pity to them because they believe me as I still at my workplace. But at that time, I was around the Plaza Toll. Hahaha. Sorry bros, I'm just joking. When I arrive, they didn't recognize me as my car was tinted with dark color.

After that, one of my brother said he was hungry because not have their lunch yet. Walla wei. Not eating anything from KL to JB. They said the food at RnR Yong Peng very expensive.

I brought them to the most famous nasi lemak stall at Kulai ; Nasi Lemak Kentot. Don't know why the stall's name are horrible, KENTOT. Or the believe was when you try the nasi lemak, you will have the serious fart..No laa. It just the stall founder name which is Wak Kentot.

Don't know why the nasi lemak there very famous. They only serve fresh nasi lemak & crispy fried chicken. The stall only opened on Monday to Saturday from 5.30 p.m until the nasi lemak finish (almost at 9.00 P.M). There was a lot of people queue to have the nasi lemak & crispy fried chicken. I notice there was a lot chinese people come & have the nasi lemak. Very attractive.

The stall located at Kulai Besar area and near to Public Bank Kulai branch. There was a small building in green color with "P" signboard as the nasi lemak is next to driving school office. There was no signboard nasi lemak kentut there. Until now, I still confuse why it very famous as the stall only serve the nasi lemak & crispy fried chicken. *mesti dh kaya wak kentot skang nih..

Jom Makan - Jaafar Steak House

Salam 1Malaysia. Sharing is caring. Wakakaka. We wanna share eating session again. This time for our dinner experience. We went to this Jaafar Steak House after finished window shopping at Angsana. Before that. At Angsana we have our simple pre-dinner at fast food restaurant, Marrybrown. My wife's parent entertain their guest at that fast food restaurant. So..*apalagi..mencelah la jwbnya..

Idea come to Jaafar Steak come from my MIL. Owh. She's like "mengidam" because have try to dine at that restaurant before but failed. So, we were lucky because at that time the restaurant is still opened.

The restaurant located in Larkin area which is in front of Mutiara Car showroom building. The restaurant very simple & use a house as the restaurant. The restaurant serve most of grill, hotplate & clay food. Don't worry. That restaurant also serve "goreng-goreng" food. It just regular "kedai tepi jalan". There were crowded with other customer at that time when we arrived although there was 10.00 P.M.

The problem at that restaurant was the parking area. So tough to find out parking space. The food there is OK. Recommended to come there if wanna give try the steak style food. The price also OK.

Jom Makan - Indonesian Corner Fast Food

Salam 1Malaysia. Times to eat again. But this time for Lunch. After picked up my FIL from dialysis treatment in IPK Johor, around 12.00 P.M, we decided to have our lunch at that restaurant. That restaurant located at Tampoi industrial area which is nearby Ungku Mohsin, JB.

 

That restaurant equipped with fully air-conditioner environment. I noticed that restaurant using Yellow color as their corporate sign. That restaurant serve mostly traditional indonesian food. The decoration inside that restaurant influenced by mixture javanese & modern style. They still using most of teak furniture & decoration.

Again, that restaurant only serve ala-carte style. I saw the only big food menu at the main counter. There were no waiter will come to take the order. That restaurant using the regular fast food based style which is order only can be made at the main counter. We ordered our food based on the waiter recommendation. So, we ordered the set of lunch for 4 person which is contain ;

1 Bucket Fragrant Rice for 3-5 pax

1 big set Fish Head Curry (recommended)

1 big set of Javanese Style Grill Chicken

1 big set of Fresh Prawn Sambal Petai

1 Set of Fried Vegetables (Kailan)

1 Jug of Lime Juice

Opsss..sorry. All food already finished

Frankly speaking the food serve here quite bit pricy. But it OK to try eat here. You will never regret after try it is value for your money. Hehehehe

Jom Makan - Gazebo Restaurant

Salam 1Malaysia. Just wanna to share our first activities in this long weekend holiday. Yesterday night, brought my wife & her parent to have our dinner at Gazebo Restaurant which is located in Kg Kurnia & Kebun Teh area. The idea to dine there comes from my MIL. My MIL say go to place like actor name ; "Zaibo" restaurant. I confused at that time because never heard the "Zaibo" restaurant before. So my MIL & wife just gave me instruction to go there.

All in hungry mode..

When we arrive there, I noticed that there are no one restaurant named Zaibo. I only saw Gazebo restaurant sign. Owhh.. It just mistakes in remember proper restaurant name. If before they said Gazebo, definitely I sure know the restaurant.

With my last bro-in law

That restaurant serve all kind of Halal foods such as Malay Tradition food, Ala-Thai food, western food, seafood & modern style food. This restaurant only serve ala-carte style. No buffet please. Satay also served there. We love the restaurant environment & its decoration. Its makes thecustomer like us feel relax & enjoy here. We can choose either want to sit on the chair or "duduk bersila" to enjoy the ordered food. The variety of food here also one of the attraction to dine at that restaurant. Although the restaurant decoration looks luxury, its still give us the best price to enjoy our food. Frankly speaking, the food here quite pricy but still affordable as the other normal seafood restaurant.

That time, we just order the simple personal course food. Me?? Only ordered drink because that time I'm already full.
